The NSW Premier has announced today that from 98,158 tests in the 24 hours to 8.00pm last night, NSW recorded 145 new COVID-19 cases, with 51 of those infectious in the community.
The Premier has stated that more information on the lockdown length and restrictions will be provided in the next few days.
Dr Chant said local pharmacies will be able to offer the AstraZeneca vaccine from today and encouraged people to get on the NSW Health website to see what chemists were participating.
NSW Health update for food industry
AMIC has been working closely with the NSW Department of Primary Industries, Biosecurity and Food Safety and NSW Health to clarify questions raised by the NSW Meat Industry Consultative Council that are relevant to the meat supply chain. The below was received on the evening of Friday 23 July.
