After a fantastic weekend in Terrigal, we crowned our National Title Holders

National Sausage King Competition

The culmination of a years’ program of regional and state events, the National Sausage King Final will see winners from six states compete in six sausage categories, two burger categories and, for the first time, three smallgoods categories. National Apprentice of the Year Competition

Brought to you by Victorinox, our six State Finalists will battle it out over a five day program, encompassing Theory Test, Practical Assessment and the high-pressure Mystery Box public competition. See the future of our industry give it their all!

The Crowne Plaza Terrigal is located in a slice of paradise, located between Sydney and Newcastle – blessed with pristine beaches, stunning coastline and lush bushland.

Located across the road from the beautiful beach, there’s no shortage of ways to enjoy yourself during your weekend!
