About Michelle

Michelle is a great storyteller and can relate to people fromall walks and stages of life. She is humorous, well-informed, and an expert in her field, having had executive leadership and board experience for significant enterprises throughout her successful career.

Michelle speaks to organisations in the business and sporting sectors about theimportance of DEI strategy development and implementation. She also speaks directly to women leaders about how to advance their careers.

Michelle is an accomplished businesswoman who has held executive leadership rolesfor Australian blue-chip companies such as Telstra and National Australia Bank andFTSE-listed outsourcing company Serco. She has led customer-facing, large-scaleoperational operations throughout her career, fostered high-value client relationships,and built high-performance teams. Additionally, Michelle is an experienced non-executive director and advisory board member.

Her outstanding contributions to women’s advancement have been recognised, asshe has been listed as one of Australia’s Top 100 Women of Influence and has wonawards for her efforts. Michelle is also a judge for the VicSport Awards and was along-term Telstra Business Women’s Awards judge. She is a Graduate of the AICD andholds an Executive MBA (Distinction), along with various accreditations in organisational diversity and coaching.
